The calendar below shows the scheduled jury trials for the month above.

SCHEDULED TRIALS FOR PANEL C

Please be sure to call the code-a-phone after 4:00 pm, 505-722-4758 OR 1-800-748-0822  the evening before each scheduled trial date indicated below to see if it is still going or if it has been cancelled.

If you fail to call the above-numbers and the trial is cancelled, and you appear for Court, the State of New Mexico will not reimburse you for your mileage or hours spent coming to Court. So, please call the numbers listed above before you come to Court.

STATUS DEFINITIONS:

PENDING: Please call the code-a-phone after 4:00 pm the day before

SET AS SCHEDULED: Please report by 8:00 am

CANCELLED: The trial has been cancelled and you DO NOT need to report

If you are not available for a particular date please call the clerks office immediately at 505-863-6816.

If you have any medical conditions that require you to have any drinks or snacks, please feel free to bring those with you.

In addition, you must call the code-a-phone every Friday after 4:00 P.M. beginning January 2, 2012, to see if your panel has been assigned a jury trial that was not scheduled at the time of the printing of the calendar. If there is no mention of your panel, this means no other dates have been added. The 11th Judicial District Court in Gallup will follow the Gallup McKinley County School schedule for 2 hour weather delays. Please consult local television stations or our website to find out if the court will be further delayed or closed. Please contact the Judge assigned to your case at 505-863-6816 to find out if you will have court.
