GREETINGS: You have been assigned to Jury Panel One.

The calendar below shows the scheduled jury trials for the month above.

SCHEDULED TRIALS FOR PANEL ONE

Please be sure to call the code-o-phone, 334-6650 OR 1-800-748-1350 the evening before each scheduled trial date indicated below AND the morning before you leave for each confirmed trial date to see if it is still on or if it has been cancelled. If a trial date has been cancelled, there is no need to call the next morning.

 

If you are not available for a particular date please call the clerks office immediately at 334-7848.

In addition, you must call the code-o-phone every Friday after 5:00 P.M. beginning December 30, 2011, to see if your panel has been assigned a jury trial that was not scheduled at the time of the printing of the calendar. If there is no mention of your panel number, this means no other dates have been added.

Please note that the 11^th Judicial District Court will partially follow the municipal school schedule regarding inclement weather. If the school has a 2 hour delay, the Court will also have a 2 hour delay. In the event of a school closure, please continue to call the code-o-phone and/or watch the local newscasts for further notice on whether the Court will close or open at a later time. The Court’s website (listed above) will also be updated with these notices. Remember that this policy applies only to the Courthouse in each city with a delay or closure. For example, if the Farmington Schools are on a 2 hour delay and the Aztec Schools are on schedule, then both Farmington District Courts will be on a 2 hour delay and the Aztec District Court will be on schedule
