Grade Court Graduation Letter

Instructions:

1.Upon completion of the Grade Court program, you will be required towrite a letter to the Judge regarding your feelings about the program.In your letter, please explain how the program has affected you. Did being on Grade Court help you to improve in your education?If so,Did being on Grade Court help you to stay out of trouble?If so, how? Do you have plans to use the Grade Court Scholarship? If so, what career field do you plan on going in to? In your letter, also offer words of encouragement to other students who are on Grade Court.Your thoughts are very important to the Judge and Grade Court staff.

2.The completion letter must be typed or neatly written in black ink on lined notebook paper. If your letter is more than a page long, use another sheet of paper.Do not write on the back of the paper. The letter heading should start out: Example: Honorable Judge (Birdsall), or Judge (Price).BE SURE TO SIGN AND DATE YOUR LETTER!!!!Also, be prepared to read your letter to the Judge at your graduation.After reading your letter, be sure to leave it with the Judge or Grade Court staff.

3.Folded, crumpled and, or food stained letters will not be accepted and will delay your graduation from Grade Court.

4. Your completion letter along with your picture that will be taken with the Judge during Grade Court graduation will be placed in the Grade Court scrapbook. The letter and picture are representative of you, so be sure to write a neat letter. Please dress appropriately for graduation.
