It is the aim of the Eleventh Judicial District Court to provide the members of the San Juan County and McKinley County Bar Associations with useful data reflecting damages awarded by juries in San Juan County. This summary of civil cases is based on a limited population of cases. The only cases digested herein are those which meet the following criteria: 1) damages were sought in the complaint and 2) a jury verdict was handed down.
The information below is restricted to a review of the Complaint and Verdict. Not reflected in this summary are amendments to the complaint or dismissals of parties, nor are further outcomes of appeals noted. For a fuller understanding of the legal theories and remedies sought in any given case, refer to the case file.
